CURRICULUM
Game Dev with C# & Unity
Learn to build your own 2D games with Unity and C# in this hands-on coding camp. Teens will create three fun projects (a chase game, an asteroid blaster, and a classic paddle challenge) while gaining real-world skills in coding, game design, and problem-solving.- Week 1: Learn C# and Build Your First Game
Students jump into Unity and start coding right away, learning how to make characters move, chase, and interact. By the end of the week, they'll have a fully working 2D chase game.
- Week 2: Clone, Blast & Level Up
Now the action kicks up a notch! Students build an asteroid blaster game where enemies spawn, move, and challenge the player. They’ll learn how to handle collisions, create scoring systems, and make gameplay fast and fun.
- Week 3: Advanced Motion & Paddle Game
Students pull everything together to create a classic paddle game with fast-paced motion and physics. They'll learn how to manage game flow, set win/lose conditions, and polish their games to play and share online.
