We are thrilled to announce that Code School's founder, Sadaf Rehman, has won the TiE Women Pakistan Finale! This is a major milestone for Code School, and we couldn’t be more excited about what this means for the future of our organization and the young coders we support.
TiE Women is a prestigious global program that aims to empower women entrepreneurs, and this year’s competition brought together some of the most inspiring and innovative women from across Pakistan. Sadaf’s win is not just a personal achievement, but a recognition of the hard work that the entire Code School team has put into creating opportunities for students from low-income communities to learn coding.
In Sadaf’s own words:
“This win is a reflection of the amazing work the Code School team has been doing. It’s not just about me, but about the potential we have to scale our mission and impact even more lives.”
What’s next?
Sadaf will now represent Pakistan in the TiE Women Global Finale, where she’ll pitch Code School against other finalists from around the world. This is an incredible opportunity to further our mission of making coding education accessible and affordable, particularly for underserved communities.
A special thank you goes to all those who have supported us along the way, especially the team members who made it possible for Sadaf to focus on securing funding and growth. With continued dedication and teamwork, we’re excited to take the next step in our journey.
Stay tuned for more updates as we gear up for the global finale!
